While writing this post I’m on my way to Houston! In fact, my location right now is New York City, the city I love most. Actually, this was an unexpected trip, or you can say that it was a last minute decision. However, I feel lucky that I can visit the country I love, very frequently. Surprisingly, after five or six visits, I’m still willing to go there again and again without any hesitation. Among all these visits I didn’t feel bored once. And in each time I feel like I am at home.
I always consider travelling to be a good opportunity to try new kind of food and dishes. And here in America you will find EVERY kind of food you can imagine. I knew this means adding some pounds which I tried my best in the past months to lose. Which is not really bad if you consider the experience you will have .. what is more important than having joy in life especially when you are travelling!
Today afternoon, I’m traveling from New York to Houston, TX. I will stay there for a couple of weeks before returning back to Kuwait. My plan is to keep posting some of the recipes I’ve done and I didn’t get the time to publish them. However, this may also be difficult to do. It all depends on how busy I am with the training course I’m attending out there.

Fantastic job on this dish. The filling ingredients sound amazing, and how can you beat anything enclosed in puff pastry. :)
