These last days I was so busy. Since our arrival to Dubai International airport till the departure time to Kuwait , I spent every minute on visiting new places. Dubai was amazing! I didn’t expect at all what I have seen there. Although our visit was very short, the places, atmosphere etc. were stunning.
There are many places to talk about, therefore I don’t know from where to begin and where to end. So the best thing is to mention some of them briefly and randomly. The Big Bus tour was our choice for Dubai sightseeing. It was practical for us since we have few days in Dubai, where lots places could be visited and seen. The best thing about that tour was the flexibility in timing and places. We had 24 hours validity for our tickets. The bus takes off every 20 minutes in each station. Which means you can spend 20 minutes or 3 hours in one place that depends on where you want to spend your time in.
The Dubai fountain,located right outside Dubai mall, is another fascinating place to visit . It is the largest dancing fountain in the world. We were told that the best timing to see it is in the evening when the show starts. At 8 pm we were there and the magic was just willing to start. The combination of the water, light, and music makes you feel that you are in a fantasy world. When the show started I saw a little girl happily excited. At that moment I felt that I’m in a very beautiful dream I wish it lasts forever.
Dubai mall is a one of the biggest malls I ever visited. In addition to the size, I was amazed with the quality of entertainment offered out there. In the beginning we went there by a mistake, which turned to be a good luck at the end! The original plan was to go to Ski Dubai and have some fun with the cold-ice entertainment thing, I saw falling snow which was amazing in Canada but I didn’t built my snow man ever.When we went to Dubai mall and found that we were in the wrong place we decided to go and catch the bus immediately. By that time, we were late so we decided to explore the mall until the second bus come. While walking we found Dubai Aquarium and Underwater zoo. Wow.. I thought. This is something worth to spend some time on. It was my first time to enter an underwater zoo; I liked it, I got good pictures also. In fact, I didn’t even know that there are underwater zoos at all.
Seeing the palms made me wonder how powerful imagination is! It was an idea which imagined by somebody one day and now it is a reality everyone can see. It was very deep realization while my eyes seeing a dream coming true.
Dubai used to be like Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain etc. not any more! I appreciate every effort spent from it’s people on developing and improving their country in just few years. Wow is all what I can say ..
Tomato with white cheese salad
Did you try to add some nutrition benefits to your salad? Did you try to add your touch for your preferred recipes? The regular tomato with white cheese is one of my top list salads. For the twenty six years I didn’t think of adding something to it or at least to try. The chopped tomatoes mix with white cheese and some virgin olive oil seemed to be the prefect combination that existed.
Since I started adding my own touch in each dish or recipe I make I didn’t stop! As you can say… I’m enjoying it
Ingredinets
1 big tomatoe diced
50 g white cheese, feta cubed
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
7-10 pieces walnuts crushed
making the salad
In a medium size bowl mix the tomatoes and the feta cubes. Place them in the serving plate. Add the olive oil and the walnuts on the top. serve immediately.
