Maryam, I never heard of Basterma until my husband brought one home from a resteraunt that closed down. It’s still sitting in my freezing because I had no clue as to what to do with it. I am definitely going to have try your basterma and eggs recipe. It looks delicious!

I’m Kuwaiti actually .. and for the second question I didn’t understand it, so if you mean the the basterma meat is raw yes it is! if your question is eating the basterma raw “without cooking it” yes you can!
