Since I created this blog, trying new recipes and different tastes transformed from an occasional hobby to a continuous one. I don’t know if it is a good thing or not. But the best thing about it is that, there are always a new flavors to taste, different ways to mix and combine, and also there are new recipes to try and different kinds of food to eat. So, the habit of eating the same food again and again decreased a lot. In the other hand, the courage of trying new things (not only new recipes) started to rise and appear on the surface. I have learned many things since that time and there are many things to be learned .. In fact, I appreiciate that, it is enriching my life with knowldeg and passion. I also started to see many things in a different way with a different perspective.

As an example, many times while I’m driving, when I see how the combination of the clouds and the sun beams make a beautiful view, I wish if I have my camera at that moment! I don’t care how I will shoot and take pictures in the highway. All what I care about at that moment is to share the beauty of nature with everyone. It even went beyond that .. When I visit someone and find that he/she prepared something delicious, I would wish that “if I only could see him/her while preparing this dish or that dessert it would be good idea!”. It has even gone further than that, while I’m at my work and notice that it is a sunny day I would wish that “if the weekends just sunny like today it will be terrific for taking pictures” .. Is that is a normal behavior? I don’t know, and I don’t care .. as long as I’m happy and living my life in full enjoyment that is enough for me. I’m not saying that I’m happy all the time! but I’m living and enjoying by doing what I really like . As Randy Pausch said in his book The Last Lecture ” We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand”

The most interesting thing is when I observe my feelings during the day. Starting from taking pictures and preparing the recipe step by step to the end of my post wittings. Sometimes I may feel that the pictures that I’m taking is the worst on earth, but when I check them on my laptop I will find that this photo or that picture was one of the best I shot till now! What I learned from that was really precious, don’t ever judge something without seeing both sides! and many times you don’t have to judge!

When I started the blog I was planning to come closer to myself through it. But what I didn’t know that I discovered a totally different person than I was expecting! Now, this blog is a full journey to reach and discover who am I? and what are my capabilities? what I want and the most important thing is to live happy and satisfied. What I can say is, this blog is more than written words or captured photos or prepared recipes. It is a life experience to share, energy to produce and passion to feel.

Sometimes you need to change your normal diet to something light and healthy. Although I’m in a good health and shape but sometimes I feel that I need to escape from the normal eating routine to something else! I’m not a vegan nor a vegetarian. But I’m a big fan of raw food diet! Raw food is easy to prepare, quick to make, and the best choice for your health. So why not give it a try ..

Ingredients

1 avocado

2 bananas

juice of 1 orange

2 pieces of strawberries for garnish

Method

Cut the bananas in small pieces. For the avocado remove the pulp by using small spoon. Mix all except for the strawberries in a food processor. Pour the mixture in small cups. Add the strawberries on top.
