Tabola salad

Tabola

Usually I go out for work at 6:30 am (before sun rise), coming back 3:30 pm and sometimes 4 pm (half an hour before sunset)  .. but this week a little bit relaxing .. the reason is that my company nominated me for engineering drawing course which started last Sunday for one week. Now I’m getting up 8am instead of going out 6:30 early morning, and coming back 2pm instead of 4pm.

I’m happy because I can practice more shooting with my new camera during day time.  I can also prepare my recipes and shoot them using natural light without needing to be in a hurry. The sunset time in Kuwait now a days is 4:50pm. Which makes my cooking and shooting time  short and very demanding. I have to be very quick which is not always a good thing to do.
