		<description>Yeears ago..my nanny used to make kishk from the Duck broth that has been cooked earlier. Yum! I used to wrap some duck with arabic bread and dip it in Kishk. Arabic version of chinese duck pancakes! hehe. Sweet memories.. :-)</description>
