Finally … my first cheesecake post in the blog ! I was waiting for this moment for a very long time. As I told you before, I always follow my instinct in everything even cooking. That’s way I took a long time to post a cheesecake recipe. Each time I plan to make one, I feel that it would be better to post something else. And that what happened with me today, I was planning to post different recipe, I went to the grocery and buy the ingredients for that recipe. Just before paying for the items. I thought it would be better to buy a cream cheese to make a cheesecake, picture it and post it in the blog! The whole plan changed within seconds, and the cheesecake posted finally.
Some people would say how you will build your whole life on feelings! In fact my plans covers 90% of my activities and another 90% are done as per planned, but sometimes you will have that feelings which tell you “do this” or “don’t”. In my case whenever I follow this type of feeling I really get great results, sometimes I don’t and the returns will be really bad! For this regard I’m reading “BLINK” nowadays, all what I can say is >> if you have a chance to read it don’t hesitate.
This recipe is3 in 1, for the whole month I was looking for delicious, easy and healthy cheesecake recipe. There are a lot of recipes some are difficult to implement, some are typical. I wanted something to be different. In the grocery when I decided to buy the cream cheese the complete recipe jumped into my mind. The crust from one recipe and the filling from other with some modifications, and the top will be decorated with fresh fruit.

So, to make long story short the ingredients you need are …
2 thick cream (250 ml each)
2 whipped cream powder (I used dream whip packets 36g each)
2 cream caramel flan-mix (I used royal brand 120g)
fresh pineapple (cut into slices)
salted Biscuit crumbs(100g)
1 1/2 table spoon cinnamon
melted butter (50g)
and the cream cheese (I used 6 portions for Kiri brand or 108g)
The result is small to medium pan (depends on the actual size you have) which should serves 4 people approximately

Before starting here are some tips for the pineapple
To cut the pineapple, use the cutting board for this purpose. You can use rubber gloves to prevent scratches. Wash the pineapple. Then lay it on its side parallel to the board and hold it from the middle to make the slicing easier. Then start to remove the top and make curved cuttings to the outer skin until you remove it all. This step is important, while cutting the pineapple into slices try to make the juice ”water” which is coming out while cutting, to be added to the mixture of the filling (while its blended) to give it the pineapple taste.
To implement the crust layer
Mix the ___ crumbs with the melted butter and the cinnamon. Make sure you have mixed them well with wooden spoon or even table spoon. Keep the mixture because you will add some of the filling to it later. Keep in mind that after the addition you will put it in the bottom of high sides pan and press gently till the surface of the mixture is as flat as possible.
For the Filling
So easy, No oven needed since it is “No Bake” cheesecake. Pour the thick cream into a blender for 1 to 2 minutes before start mixing, to make the mixing process in the next step much easier. 2 minutes past .. Now you can add the cream cheese, whipped cream powder, the cream caramel flan-mix. Note that all these ingredients will be added while the blender is blending! for 2 minutes and the filling is done. Now take from the filling two table spoons and add them to the crust as mentioned before. This step makes all the difference to the crust. It adds flavor and makes the crust more consistent. After placing the crust into the pan add the filling to the top of it. Then add the pineapple slices to the top and don’t forget to add your touch to it.
enjoy with love,
Maryam
