Sounds tasty isn’t it ? I was visiting California last February for factory acceptance test. In the lunch time my team decided to go to a famous steak house there. Actually I don’t remember the restaurant name exactly. I have ordered veggie burger sandwich (I rarely eat meat ), it was really tasty and delicious. Since that day I dreamed to re-experience the taste again, but I couldn’t find such veggie sandwich similar to the one I eat in California. Not only the sandwich was great the whole experience was fantastic.

Traveling is one of my favorite hobbies. See new places, know different people, live in another culture, and explore your self is a wonderful thing in my opinion. Especially “exploring yourself”, one important question a lot of people forget to ask themselves is “who am I?”. The way to answer is so easy and straight forward “observe yourself”. To observe yourself you need to observe you feelings, reactions and most important what is going into your mind. People nowadays busy to the point that their reactions take more place than it should. It, the reactions, started to control them more than they control it. If we just observe these reactions without judging then by time our reactions will be decreased and replaced with a new kind of awareness.

While I’m searching for a veggie Burgers, especially the ones with Avocado in its ingredients, because I like Avocado a lot, I found this recipe and decided to give it a try.

To prepare the ingredients list you will need the following:

1 medium Sized avocado

1 cup Cooked soybeans

1/2 small Onion “chopped”

1 teaspoon Prepared mustard

1 tablespoon Tomato puree

Salt “to taste”

Whole wheat bread crumbs.

Everything now is ready for the burgers. This recipe serves two medium sized burgers. Start your cooking process by boiling the beans for half an hour, keep it to cool for 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients except The “bread crumbs” together. After that Put the mixture into a bowl and add bread crumbs until the mixture sticks together enough to be formed into burgers. Your final step is here, shape your mixture in to two burgers and you can fry them in oil until they’re browned or use the griller to be grilled for less fat.

The funny thing that when I finished cooking my burgers I found the sandwich started to eat my lunch, as you can see form the first picture, so I decided to eat them both.
